Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order please email us at [email protected] and tell us what’s up. We’ll do our best to help make it right but due to the nature of our products, a full return may not always be possible. All product issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Please photograph and thoroughly document any shipping problems immediately so we can work with you and the carrier to get it sorted out.
Many of our products are one-off; either made to order or customized for you. Unless we made a mistake (supported through documentation) we usually cannot return or exchange these items.
Cancellations of engraving/personalization jobs are subject to a fee of 50% of the total pre-tax, pre-shipping invoice.
We typically ship via USPS or UPS. FedEx is unreliable in our area and given the problems we’ve had in the past we choose not to utilize their services. Bulk orders may require special shipping or even freight and will be quoted and billed as the situation dictates. Long story short we’ll do our best to make shipping affordable, we hate paying for it just as much as you do.
